you have your self a little parade of peeps here. you never told me how you did the drawstring and i never noticed it before but that is an excellent idea. i will have to keep it in mind for the future. im so tempted to get the be mine right now and test it out myself. lol or atleast get a look at wat a strand of it looks like.
Yep, the Peep Easter Parade continues! heh heh It takes me so long to finally get them posted, they tend to pile up. ;o)

The tube slide on the drawstring worked really well. I'm glad you liked it! :o) I was quite pleased with the result, and will definitely do that again.

Oh, go ahead and get some of the Be Mine! It feels absolutely wonderful! (and now it's a challenge, right?) You usually work in a larger scale than I do, so you may not have any problem. And I use a much smaller needle size than the recommended one for it (a 4 instead of a 9).
Thanks so much for your recommendations- I will be checking those sites out really soon! I really appreciate it. Cute knits, too-- I love the little monkey. With that backpack, too! Haha. Nicely done. :)
Hi Becki, I presume you mean the charity sites I recommended?
www.therainforestsite.com
www.thehungersite.com
www.breastcancersite.com
www.animalrescuesite.com
www.childhealthsite.com
www.literacysite.com
I'm glad to pass the info along. We've been donating there and purchasing from them for years now, and we're very happy with the work they do. Congratulations on your good work for the environment as well and good luck to you! Those little "Greenies" dolls you're selling are super cute!

And thanks for the kind words! :o) Making that backpack was such fun! I felt like a giant! heh heh

We've met on ravelry, btw, I'm theknittycat there. :o)
Yes, I do mean those charity sites. :) And I remember you from Ravelry- how could I forget that adorable cat? Thanks for the compliments. I should have the pattern up for sale on those little guys very soon- today, or tomorrow, hopefully!
